I enjoyed my experience through the drive thru. It was busy and it only took approximately 2 minutes. I ordered the bacon platter and a large orange juice as well as a lemonade. Everything was superb. Tiffany took my order and her customer service was amazing! Thank you so much Biscuitville!
Wow! I can't say enough nice things about this Biscuitville! The man who waited on us when we arrived was the manager, Robert Gould, unbelievable customer service and that's saying something... I've been in customer service for 45 years and base all of my customer service experiences off of how I would treat someone, and he was outstanding, friendly and so professional! The restaurant was clean and not one thing on the floor, register area or soda area. Food was hot and delicious! I will be telling everyone I know about it and will definitely be going back. Thank you Mr. Gould, I honestly love Biscuitville but can't get my husband to go with me and today you changed even HIS mind!!
I am a regular at biscuitville. My family eats it all the time and we love it and are very happy to have it here in kinston. The reason I am writing this review is because Latoya went above and beyond for this business. I had an order messed up one time (out of almost 100) and that one time she came in and stepped up and resolved everything with ease. She went out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer and I would like her and any higher ups at biscuitville to know how amazing she is. There is also another lady there whos name i unfortunately don’t know but she is also an amazing asset… always greeting with warm and happy smile and making me feel like family. Thank you to the both of you.
A great breakfast spot, our new favorite for a quick and tasty breakfast. Biscuits are made fresh, the pastries are fantastic, and every item we've tasted has been great. The employees are wonderful as well. A very clean and well managed restaurant.
If you have not visited this Biscuitville Restaurant in Kinston, NC located on the corner of Plaza Blvd. and Herritage Street, you must!! I recommend trying the biscuit with sausage gravy loaded, the country fries loaded, the pork chop biscuit, country ham biscuit, strawberry muffins, grilled chicken biscuit, hash browns, etc!!!! The food is always hot and delicious!!! They make it fresh!! They also have the best service and always have me smiling!! Thank You, so much!! I give them 5 stars!!
Went through the drive thru this morning. The young man taking my order has a voice made for radio! The cashier was very polite as well as the one that brought my food out. Well definitely go again!
Took my daughter here yesterday and we sat down to eat. The service was perfect. Everyone was smiling and so kind. The food was so fresh and hot. We got fried chicken biscuits with eggs and cheese on them. The potato wedges had a tad to much seasoning but we still ate them with their ranch dressing. We also shared some of the hash brown casserole, which was our first time trying it and it was so good. The restaurant was very clean and neat. That's a major plus. Nice place to sit down and enjoy the moment. We will definitely be back to try something different soon.
